My name is Yulia, I'm from Kaliningrad, Russia. Kaliningrad is a capital of Kaliningrad oblast. The city is not really big and is situated on the Pregolya River. Also it's about 30 minutes by car from the Baltic Sea coast. It's a city of rains and puddles, with about 180-200 rainy days per year. I was born here, I love this place.
